Standards of Dress<\/h3>\r\n

Professional appearance, hygiene, and attire are crucial. Clients evaluate our service quality through associates\u2019 presentation.<\/p>\r\n

  • Wear prescribed uniform, footwear, and name tag.<\/li>\r\n
  • Uniform must be clean and in good condition.<\/li>\r\n
  • Visible tattoos must be covered.<\/li>\r\n
  • Facial piercings are not permitted.<\/li>\r\n
  • Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n

    Attendance & Punctuality<\/h3>\r\n

    Reliability is key. Arrive on time and be prepared to begin work as scheduled.<\/p>\r\n

    • Arrive early enough to record work time.<\/li>\r\n
    • Notify hotel management AND WORLD\u2019S FINEST leadership if late\/absent.<\/li>\r\n
    • Provide notice at least 4 hours in advance.<\/li>\r\n
    • No call\/no show may result in immediate termination.<\/li>\r\n
    • Two consecutive no call\/no shows = voluntary resignation.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n

      Pay Schedule & Timekeeping<\/h3>\r\n

      Accurate and timely pay is a priority. Record all hours properly and submit timesheets on time.<\/p>\r\n

      • Record work hours in 15-minute increments (:00, :15, :30, :45).<\/li>\r\n
      • Obtain manager approval\/sign-off on timesheets.<\/li>\r\n
      • Submit completed timesheets every Monday by 12 PM EST.<\/li>\r\n
      • Late submission may delay payment.<\/li>\r\n
      • Review paychecks and report discrepancies immediately.<\/li>\r\n
