Confidentiality, Conversion & Non-Compete Clause
Confidentiality
Associates must not discuss compensation or employment details with WORLD’S FINEST clients, hotel managers, supervisors, employees, vendors, or any entity associated with the client.
Conversion
Associates are prohibited from engaging with the client as an employee or contractor during employment with WORLD’S FINEST and for 180 days after termination, unless authorized.
Non-Compete Clause
In certain cases, after payment of conversion fees outlined in the client Conversion Addendum, WORLD’S FINEST may release associates from the Non-Compete clause.
