VSJ Apparel offers a mix of print-on-demand items and ready-to-ship items. Please read carefully, as policies differ by product type.
Print-On-Demand Items
Some VSJ Apparel pieces are made to order using a print-on-demand process. These items are created specifically for you once your order is placed.
Processing time: 3–7 business days
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins
Print-on-demand items are clearly identified in the product description
This process allows us to reduce waste and create intentionally.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Some items are pre-made and ship directly from our inventory.
Processing time: 1–3 business days

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Print-On-Demand Items
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Buyer’s remorse
Color or design preference
Damaged or Defective POD Items
If a print-on-demand item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Sizing Disclaimer
Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
VSJ Apparel provides size charts for each product to help customers select the best fit. Because some items are print-on-demand and others are ready-to-ship, sizing and fit may vary slightly by style, fabric, and manufacturer.
Measurements are provided as a guide and may vary by up to 1–2 inches
Fit may differ depending on body type and personal preference
Colors and fabric textures may appear slightly different due to screen settings
For print-on-demand items, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. For ready-to-ship items, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for eligibility.
If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
By placing an order with VSJ Apparel, you acknowledge and accept this sizing disclaimer.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Returns or exchanges for ready-to-ship items are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
Tags (if applicable) are still attached
The item is returned in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Once approved and received, exchanges or store credit will be issued. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.
Incorrect Address
VSJ Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
