Standards of Dress
Professional appearance, hygiene, and attire are crucial. Clients evaluate our service quality through associates’ presentation.
- Wear prescribed uniform, footwear, and name tag.
- Uniform must be clean and in good condition.
- Visible tattoos must be covered.
- Facial piercings are not permitted.
- Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance.

Attendance & Punctuality
Reliability is key. Arrive on time and be prepared to begin work as scheduled.
- Arrive early enough to record work time.
- Notify hotel management AND WORLD’S FINEST leadership if late/absent.
- Provide notice at least 4 hours in advance.
- No call/no show may result in immediate termination.
- Two consecutive no call/no shows = voluntary resignation.

Pay Schedule & Timekeeping
Accurate and timely pay is a priority. Record all hours properly and submit timesheets on time.
- Record work hours in 15-minute increments (:00, :15, :30, :45).
- Obtain manager approval/sign-off on timesheets.
- Submit completed timesheets every Monday by 12 PM EST.
- Late submission may delay payment.
- Review paychecks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Weekly payment every Friday; holidays paid previous workday.
