World’s Finest Hospitality, LLC expects all associates to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and job performance while on assignment. This includes interactions with guests, vendors, employees, and leadership.
The company reserves the right to discipline or discharge any associate for violating company policy or standards of conduct. This list outlines expectations but is not exhaustive. WORLD’S FINEST retains full discretion in determining unacceptable behavior and appropriate action.
Performance-Based Disciplinary Actions
- Unsatisfactory quality or quantity of work
- Violation of attendance policies
- Failure to follow rules or procedures
- Failure to follow safety guidelines
Serious Violations (Up to Immediate Termination)
- Falsifying employment or company records
- Falsifying time records
- Insubordination or refusal to perform duties
- Harassment, threats, or obscene language
- Violence, bullying, or fighting
- Theft or misuse of property
- Possession of weapons on client property
- Use of drugs or alcohol on duty
- Conflict of interest violations
- Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information
- Criminal conduct affecting employment
- Dismissal from a client assignment
